Products. We sell apparel and related merchandise, made to order just for you. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen - that's monitors for you, not the shirt.

Orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud or pricing errors). If we cancel, you get a full refund. Prices are in USD and may change without notice.

Intellectual property. All designs, logos, and content on this site belong to Mama Said So Tees. Please don't reproduce, resell, or print our designs without written permission.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state from which we operate.
